LPS seeking suspect in liquor store robbery

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Lethbridge Police is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a commercial robbery.

At approximately 12:15 pm on Wednesday, February 23, a man entered the Ace Liquor store on Aquitania Boulevard West.

According to police, the suspect used bear spray on an employee in an attempt to steal undisclosed merchandise. He fled the business on foot.

The investigation is ongoing and no further details are being released at this time.

Video surveillance footage has been obtained by LPS.
