Hurricanes seeking feedback from patrons about ENMAX Centre experience

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge Hurricanes hockey club is exploring the feasibility of taking on more of a leadership role within the internal operations of the ENMAX Centre.

The Western Hockey League (WHL) club has contracted the services of Collaborative Strategies Consulting Inc. for the project.

The organization said taking on a higher level of responsibility as the anchor tenant at the ENMAX would directly benefit the City of Lethbridge and decrease some overall operating costs.

The team stated it wants to determine how much the public’s tax burden could decrease, as well as strengthen partnerships, increase business opportunities and customize the overall fan experience.

The initial step is to gather feedback from residents in Lethbridge on their current level of satisfaction with their ENMAX Centre patronage.

The survey is geared mostly towards people who attend Hurricanes games, but input is also sought from those who have attended any event at the ENMAX Centre in the last year.

Those who participate in the survey will have their name entered into a draw for a $200 gift card. The Lethbridge Hurricanes survey is open until May 20, 2022.
