Lethbridge Hurricanes announce 2022-2023 regular season home schedule

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge Hurricanes, in conjunction with the Western Hockey League (WHL), have announced the 2022-2203 home schedule.

In total, the ‘Canes will play 34 regular season games at the ENMAX Centre in Lethbridge. The team will start the campaign with the Dairy Queen Home Opener on Friday, September 30, 2022 against the Medicine Hat Tigers.

This upcoming season will feature the return of inter-conference play as the Hurricanes will once again host Western Conference opponents, as all five British Columbia teams will visit the ENMAX Centre.

15 of the 34 regular season home games will take place on Fridays, while seven matchups will be on Saturdays. The scheduled includes nine Wednesday home games and three Tuesday games. The longest homestand the Hurricanes will have will be five games from January 4, 2023 until January 14, 2023.

The team will end its regular season home schedule on Friday, March 24 against the Red Deer Rebels.

Lethbridge will start its four-game 2022 ENMAX Pre-Season on Friday, September 9 at the ENMAX Centre against the Medicine Hat Tigers. In total, the ‘Canes will play four exhibition games with a home-and-home set against the Tigers and a home-and-home set against the Red Deer Rebels.
