UPDATE: Missing Coaldale man located safe

COALDALE, AB – UPDATE: The Coaldale RCMP has confirmed that 52-year-old Darren Mervyn has been located safe.

Mounties thank the public for their assistance in this matter.

The Coaldale RCMP is seeking help from the public to find a missing person.

52-year-old Darren Mervyn was last seen at his Coaldale residence on June 28, 2022 at 2:00 a.m., according to the RCMP. Mervyn is described as:

• Standing approximately 6’4” and weighing 200 lbs.;
• Bald with a goatee and he wears glasses.

Mounties say Mervyn may be riding a black or dark blue Kona Caldera bicycle.
