“His remains were found in the water at Red Earth Cree Nation.”

On Sunday morning [July 10, 2022], Carrot River RCMP confirmed this news.

Richard Tonge with Carrot River RCMP. “We would like to thank everyone within the community and beyond, who assisted in the search for Frank.”

At this time, police say there is no indication of suspicious circumstances, but the investigation continues in partnership with the Saskatchewan Coroner’s Service, and an autopsy has been scheduled.
