Lethbridge Police respond to reports of cougar sighting
LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) responded to multiple reports of a cougar sighting on Saturday, July 16, 2022.
Police first received calls about the animal around 10 p.m. on Saturday evening when it was sighted in the Lethbridge College area.
Approximately an hour later, a similar call was received from another caller. Officers were sent to search the area, but they were unable to locate the cougar. At this time, the reports are unconfirmed.
