SEE UPDATE: Piikani Nation RCMP release details about Highway 3 collision
BROCKET, AB – The Piikani Nation RCMP has confirmed to LNN that a serious collision occurred on Highway 3 on the east side of the Piikani First Nation early Friday afternoon, July 22, 2022.
Piikani RCMP also confirmed to LNN that there has been a fatality as a result of the collision, although the RCMP could not confirm how many people were involved.
At this time, Highway 3 is closed in both directions and motorists are being asked to find alternative routes.
