No injuries reported in Tuesday morning garage fire in Lethbridge

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Firefighters in Lethbridge responded to a garage fire on the north side of the city early Tuesday morning.
At around 1:18 a.m. Tuesday, August 16, 2022, crews from three stations attended the fire in the 1600 block of 13 Street North. Firefighters arrived in the alley to find a small fire with smoke coming out of the garage door. Crews were able to quickly get the fire under control.
No injuries were reported, and the damage is estimated to be about $50,000.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
