No charges following pedestrian collision involving youth in Lethbridge

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) responded to a pedestrian collision involving a youth earlier this week.
Officers were called to the intersection of 24 Street South and 16 Avenue South on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, just after 7:30 a.m.
A 12-year-old boy, who was a pedestrian, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
LPS has completed its investigation and has determined that there was not sufficient evidence to warrant charges or a ticket under the Traffic Safety Act.
