No injuries in North Lethbridge weekend fire

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services responded to an early morning fire over the weekend.
At 5:40 a.m. on Saturday, December 31, 2022, crews from two stations responded to a fire that fully engulfed a garage in the 300 block of 16 Street North.
The City of Lethbridge noted that the garage was a total loss before first responders arrived.
No injuries were reported and firefighters were able to stop the spread of the blaze from reaching nearby residences. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
