RCMP investigating fatal pedestrian collision on Siksika First Nation

SIKSIKA FIRST NATION, AB – Officials are continuing to look into what caused a collision that resulted in the death of a pedestrian.

Gleichen RCMP was called to a motor vehicle collision on Monday, January 9, 2023, on Highway 901 in the Siksika First Nation.

A woman was located deceased on scene.

She was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, who will work alongside RCMP to confirm her identity.
