Alberta Health Services reports province-wide network outage, impacting services

LETHBRIDGE, AB – UPDATE (2:40 p.m.): AHS says the technical issue causing the network outage has been resolved. Teams are working to restore all clinical systems, which is expected to take a few hours.

Alberta Health Services (AHS) says “some services” will not be available for the time being.

In a social media post, the health services agency says it is experiencing a province-wide network outage.

As a result, the 8-1-1 Health Link phone line is unavailable to receive calls at this time.
