Record drug bust in Lethbridge totals over $1 million

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Alberta Law Enforcement Response Team (ALERT) says it has made what is believed to be the city’s largest-ever drug bust.

ALERT claims to have confiscated significant quantities of methamphetamine, fentanyl, cocaine, and cash.

The bust by the ALERT Lethbridge team was made on December 20, 2022, and came after two homes and two vehicles in the city were searched.

The Lethbridge Police Service assisted ALERT in its investigation.
