Bikers Building Bridges: promoting good citizenship

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Bikers Building Bridges has been supporting the Lethbridge community for the last five years, working with at-risk youth and families with children with disabilities. They believe it is important to promote good citizenship to show youth that there are people willing to step up and set a good example to our youth.

Bikers Building Bridges is a group of people who share a passion for riding motorcycles and try their best to create a strong, safe community for future generations.

They believe supporting the community is important because they say everyone needs to know that they are not alone in what they are dealing with.

Bikers Building Bridges is here to support you and the community. Some examples of the group’s involvement in the past include its Trunk or Treat event, the Stand Strong program, and the Visits with Santa event.

The Trunk or Treat event is a free event that Bikers Building Bridges has been running for the last four years. It brings multiple groups and companies together to make sure kids have a fun, safe and all-inclusive family holiday.

With the Stand Strong program, Bikers Building Bridges takes youth to the gym to train them in Brazilian Ju-Jitsu and kickboxing to help build their confidence.

Visits with Santa is a fun family event that is free for kids and their families to see Santa during the holiday season. It also includes ham and treats for each family to help with rising grocery costs.

Bikers Building Bridges also helps with fundraising for the Children’s Hospital.

Bikers Building Bridges is truly an organization that “Amplifies” the local community. Thank you for all that you do, Bikers Building Bridges-Lethbridge!
