Taber RCMP report 12-year-old boy killed in quad rollover

TABER, AB – Taber RCMP reports that a child has died following a rollover involving an all-terrain vehicle (ATV/quad).

On February 11, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., police responded to a single quad rollover in the area of Range Road 190.

Police say when first responders arrived, the lone rider of the quad, a 12-year-old boy, was declared deceased at the scene.

The RCMP collision reconstructionist has been consulted.
