Alberta Health Services to address concerns over Milk River emergency department closures

MILK RIVER, AB – Residents of Milk River are invited to an in-person community engagement session to address the next steps regarding the recent temporary closures of the Milk River Health Centre Emergency Department.
The session will give an opportunity for residents to speak with Alberta Health Services (AHS) representatives.
Health officials say AHS continues to ensure residents have access to the care they need, and say they look forward to sharing plans to support the community.
The engagement session will take place on Wednesday February 22, 2023 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Milk River Civic Centre.
