Lethbridge athletes representing Alberta at 2023 Canada Winter Games

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The 2023 Canada Winter Games are set to kick-off on February 18, 2023 on Prince Edward Island.

Close to 3,600 athletes, managers and coaches will be at the games. Alberta’s team is comprised of 330 athletes, coaches and managers representing the province.

The Lethbridge region will have 13 athletes and three coaches representing the province at the games in speed skating, judo, hockey, and figure skating.

Speed skating events will be held in week one, while judo, female hockey, and figure skating will be held in week two.

  • Loic Beaton, Athlete – Judo
  • Maralgoo Batbayar, Athlete – Judo
  • Troy Gallant, Athlete – Judo
  • Kendal Davidson, Athlete – Hockey – Female
  • Summer Fomradas, Athlete – Hockey – Female
  • Olea Taboulchanas, Coach – Figure Skating
  • Mikka Eaves, Athlete – Speed Skating
  • Zakhary Adelman, Athlete – Speed Skating
