LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge College Kodiaks women’s soccer team has announced its latest signee. Raymond’s Rylee Worsey will join the team next season.

Worsey will suit up for the Kodiaks along with her sister, Kiera Worsey, who is coming off her rookie season with the Lethbridge College team. Rylee Worsey is a midfielder who currently attends Raymond High School. She has ties to Lethbridge after playing with the Lethbridge Football Club (LFC).

Head coach of the Kodiaks, Sean Carey said, “Rylee is very strong, very quick and very technically good.”

“She knows the game and reads the game. I can see Rylee being an all-star in this league and I can see her really cementing her place in the starting lineup come fall,” Carey added.

Worsey is one of six LFC players signing with the Kodiaks for next season.

The Worsey sisters, Rylee and Kiera, will hit the soccer pitch for training camp in mid-August before opening the 2023 Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference regular season in early September.
