Officials advise of closures in Lethbridge for annual Moonlight Run on March 18, 2023

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The City of Lethbridge is advising residents of road closures for a weekend event.
The annual Runner’s Soul Moonlight Run takes place on Saturday, March 18, 2023. To ensure safety for all organizers and participants, the following road closures will be in effect:
- 8 Street South from 2 Avenue to 3 Avenue will be closed starting at 8 a.m. on March 18
- 3 Avenue South from both eastbound and westbound lanes from Stafford Drive to Scenic Drive South, and down to Indian Battle Park. This area will be closed starting at 6 p.m. on March 18
- The 200 block of Scenic Drive South will be closed starting at 6 p.m. on March 18
The City of Lethbridge said vehicle access to Indian Battle Park will be closed starting at 6 p.m. on March 18. Roads will be reopened as the event progresses and by 11:30 p.m., all roads are anticipated to be reopened.
