Neuron e-scooters return to Lethbridge for 2023 season

LETHBRIDGE, AB – With the official launch of spring earlier this week, commuters in Lethbridge will once again have another way of getting around.

Neuron Mobility made its e-scooters available throughout the city on Friday, March 24, 2023. They can also be utilized in Airdrie and Red Deer.

The orange electronic scooters can be used by downloading the Neuron E-scooters and E-bikes app on Android and iOS devices. Users then scan the vehicle with their smartphone, conduct a short safety check, and then hop on for a ride.

A single trip will cost riders $1.15 to unlock the vehicle and users pay 35 cents for every minute of their ride until their trip is done and they park the e-scooter or e-bike.

This is the second year of operations in Lethbridge for Neuron Mobility. The company’s ScootSafe Academy provides incentives to riders who use the service to learn about local riding rules.
