LETHBRIDGE, AB – Watch out Southern Alberta, there’s another jam-packed weekend of events coming your way as we head into Easter weekend.
Lethbridge News Now has you covered for all things happening around town.
Green Shirt Day – April 7
The Canada-wide Green Shirt Day was created to remember the victims and families of the tragic Humboldt Broncos bus crash in Saskatchewan in 2018. It also carries on Lethbridge’s Logan Boulet’s legacy by inspiring Canadians to register as organ donors and to talk to their families about their wishes. People across the country are encouraged to wear green on Friday and have important conversations about organ or tissue donation. On April 7, Lethbridge residents can also take part in a free skate from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Logan Boulet Arena. Learn more on the Green Shirt Day website.
