FORT MACLEOD, AB – Kevin Todd is looking to become the MLA for Livingstone-Macleod

He is running for the Alberta Party in the 2023 Alberta provincial election.

Miysahiro provided the following answers to LNN’s Meet the Candidates questionnaire:

Why did you decide to run in this election and why for your party?

I found myself politically homeless! Wanted to create a space for constituents to vote in the middle of the political spectrum.

Why do you feel that you are the best choice to represent your riding as MLA?

I have lived in the riding my entire life, have previous political experience in municipal politics, and want the opportunity to serve the broader community of Livingstone-Macleod.

What types of personal or professional experience do you have that would make you a good MLA?

My work background is on Finance – Public Practice, Engineering and Oil and Gas.

What would be your top three priorities if elected?

1) Ensure the legislative process on open, collaborative, transparent and Inclusive of the people it governs.

2) Foster and environment that facilitates entrepreneurs, economic investment and reduces red tape.

3) Spend public dollars as effectively and efficiently through long term planning, common sense and transparency.

What else should voters know about you and your campaign?

[The] Alberta Party sits right in the centre of the political spectrum and is a perfect place to call home for anyone else that maybe politically homeless.
