Brocket man charged with drug offence following arrest in Pincher Creek
PINCHER CREEK, AB – A Brocket resident has been charged after an alleged incident in Pincher Creek.
The RCMP said that on May 9, 2023, members of the Pincher Creek detachment received a call of a disturbance at the Walmart in the town. Officers attended the scene and found a man who had multiple outstanding warrants. The man was arrested.
Police report that a search resulted in the seizure of roughly 30 grams of fentanyl and a small amount of methamphetamine.
Jonah Shining Double, 39, of Brocket, is charged with possession of a schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking.
