LETHBRIDGE, AB – Residents in Lethbridge are advised of a mock scenario being filmed at Lethbridge College on Tuesday, May 23, 2023.
The college’s Centre for Public Safety and Applied Research is taking part in a research project that will require the filming of a mock scenario involving a hostage and a police officer.
During the filming process, citizens might see a police presence and hear simulated gun rounds and screaming near the 30th Avenue Residence, located on the east side of campus.
The college said there is no danger to the campus or the community.
