Residents advised of planned power outage on June 8

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Residents in Lethbridge are advised of a power outage planned for Thursday.
On June 8, 2023, power lines will be upgraded. This will result in an outage from 21, 23 and 24 Street South between 17 Avenue and 19 Avenue South starting at 8 a.m., with the outage lasting for about seven and a half hours. The City of Lethbridge noted that the outage will impact about 71 residents.
Garage doors will not work during an outage, so affected motorists are advised to move their vehicle from their garage prior to the outage.
