REDCLIFF, AB – The RCMP said it has taken a person into custody following a standoff in the region.
Officers were called to a home on 4 Street and 5 Avenue in Redcliff in the evening of Friday, June 16, 2023.
The RCMP claims that there was a threat issued, but did not elaborate on the nature of the threat.
There was a heavy police presence near the home in response.
