Coaldale Health Centre ambulatory clinic temporarily closed Thursday night
COALDALE, AB – Residents in Coaldale are advised of a temporary closure at the Coaldale Health Centre.
The health centre’s ambulatory clinic will be closed from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2023. Alberta Health Services (AHS) said this is due to a lack of physician coverage for the evening.
Patients seeking emergency care during the temporary closure over the next few hours can access emergency departments at the Raymond Health Centre, Taber Health Centre, and Chinook Regional Hospital in Lethbridge. In the event of a medical emergency, people are advised to call 911.
Non-emergency health-related questions can be directed to Health Link 811, which is available 24/7. AHS is encouraging people requiring non-emergency medical care to call their family physician.
