LETHBRIDGE, AB – Three MLAs from southern Alberta will help to advise the Government of Alberta on policy directions.

Premier Danielle Smith has named the provincial ministers and members who will serve on the government’s cabinet policy committees.

She thanked them for stepping on to take on important work as they will hear from Albertans, businesses, and organizations.

“Each committee member brings a mix of experience and new perspectives to find solutions to our province’s immediate priorities, including growing and diversifying our economy, building safe, strong communities, and defending Alberta’s interests,” said Smith.

Two local MLAs will serve on the Alberta First committee. They include Lethbridge-East MLA Nathan Neudorf, who is also the Minister of Affordability and Utilities, as well as Taber-Warner MLA Grant Hunter.

Cardston-Siksika MLA Joseph Schow, also the Minister of Tourism and Sport, will be one of the members of the Building Communities committee.
