Lethbridge College Kodiaks women’s soccer team signs winger Evis

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge College Kodiaks women’s soccer team has bolstered their roster.
The Kodiaks announced on Friday, July 14 they have added winger Alexa Evis to the roster. Evis comes to the Kodiaks after spending her first post-secondary season playing with the University of Lethbridge Pronghorns.
Evis said she is excited to join the Kodiaks, and described her strengths as a player. She said, “I have a very good attacking mindset, I think that I could definitely get some goals in the back of the net.”
Women’s soccer head coach Sean Carey is happy to have a player like Evis join the roster, and explained, “I think she’s going to have the ability to go one-on-one against a lot of the defenders in our league and see a lot of success.”
