LETHBRIDGE, AB – There are plenty of events to check out in Lethbridge this week, and Lethbridge News Now has you covered with the details.

Lethbridge Bulls home games – August 1 & 4, 2023

The Lethbridge Bulls are playing in their final two home games of the regular season this week. The first game is on Tuesday, August 1 against the Okotoks Dawgs at 7:05 p.m., and it is Superhero Night at Spitz Stadium.

Following that, the Bulls hold their final home game on August 4, when they host the Dawgs again. Tickets can be found on the team’s website.

The Allied Arts Council of Lethbridge and the Southern Alberta Art Gallery are holding their first ‘Garden pARTy’ on Wednesday. The event will have live music, performance art, and art activities from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Galt Gardens. Local musician Willy Big Bull will perform at the event. The ‘Garden pARTy’ will occur every Wednesday at Galt Gardens until August 23.

Lethbridge Farmers’ Market at Festival Square – Every Wednesday

The Wednesday Downtown Farmers’ Market, put on by the Lethbridge & District Exhibition, and Downtown Business Revitalization Zone (BRZ), is running every Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. until September 6, 2023. Admission is free, but parking rates may apply.

Summer in the Square – August 3-17, 2023

The Lethbridge Public Library is holding Summer in the Square every Thursday from August 3 to 17. Festival Square will play host to games, stories, songs and more for kids, from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. More information is at the Lethbridge Public Library website.

Yoga in the Garden – August 3, 2023

The final ‘Yoga in the Garden’ of the summer is happening on August 3. Participants only need to bring their own yoga mat and some water. Registration for the event can be done here and the event takes place at the Interfaith Learning Garden.

Food Truck Fridays – August 4, 2023

Those looking to check out some different food trucks can head over to the parking lot area at Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden for Food Truck Fridays on August 4. On Fridays until September 29, various food trucks will be set up, including Santeria Taco Truck, Vesano Pizza, Piggyback Poutinerie, Macs & Custard, and many others.
