Police investigating pedestrian-involved collision in Lethbridge

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) is investigating a pedestrian-involved collision.
The incident was reported at around 2:38 a.m. on Saturday, August 19, 2023 in the westbound lanes of Whoop-Up Drive. The westbound lanes of Whoop-Up were closed for the initial police response.
At around 6:30 a.m., the lanes were reopened. The investigation into the collision continues.
The LPS said an update will be provided by the Traffic Response Unit once it completes its investigation.
