Whoop-Up Days Parade set to kick off with Parade on Tuesday

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The 2023 Whoop-Up Days festival begins on Tuesday, August 22, and kicks off with the Whoop-Up Days Parade.

Starting at 9 a.m. from Park Place Mall, the parade will head south on 3 Street South, east along 3 Avenue South out of the downtown area.

It will then turn north along 13 Street and then east along 9 Avenue North, ending at Galbraith Elementary School.

The City of Lethbridge is reminding residents to plan accordingly for any route closures and allow for extra time getting to their destination.

For Whoop-Up Days, the City is recommending that those looking to attend the festivities take Lethbridge Transit, ride share, or take a Neuron Mobility e-scooter or e-bike to Lethbridge & District Exhibition.
