Lethbridge YMCA Charity Golf Tournament – August 29, 2023

The YMCA of Lethbridge is hosting its first Charity Golf tournament on Tuesday at Paradise Canyon Golf Resort. Participating in the tournament sends support to the Shape [Y]our Future campaign. Information on the event and charity can be found here.

Lethbridge Corn Maze – July 28 – October 28, 2023

The Lethbridge Corn Maze is open until October 28. The maze this year is made up of 7.5 acres of corn and 2.5 acres of sunflowers. New this year to the maze is a giant jumping pillow. The maze is open from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m., and this year’s theme is the viaduct of Lethbridge.

Trev & Ray at Pop’s – August 30, 2023

Pop’s Taphouse North is hosting musicians Trev & Ray on Wednesday, August 30 for a night of music and dancing. The show begins at 7 p.m. and runs until 10 p.m.

Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) Experience – August 30, 2023

The Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) experience is an extended tour designed to educate visitors about the culture of the Niitsitapi peoples. The tour, which takes place at Fort Whoop-Up, has multiple activities, stories, and interpretations from Indigenous interpreters. Tickets can be purchased here.

Lethbridge Farmers’ Market at Festival Square – Every Wednesday

The Wednesday Downtown Farmers’ Market, put on by the Lethbridge & District Exhibition and Downtown Business Revitalization Zone (BRZ), is running every Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. until September 6, 2023. Admission is free, but parking rates may apply.

Yoga in the Park – Every Wednesday

The Family Ties Association is offering an ongoing event called Downtown Yoga every Wednesday from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. at Galt Gardens. The classes run until September 27 and participation in the event is free. Information can be found here.

Upside Downtown Concert Series: Hippodrome – August 31, 2023

Hippodrome is performing as part of a series of weekly concerts at Rotary Square at Casa every Thursday night from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. The group is known as a “rhythm and groove” band, complete with rhythm and horn sections, as well as vocalists.
