Change coming to customer access at Lethbridge Transit

LETHBRIDGE, AB – A change is coming to how customers interact with Lethbridge Transit.
The transit office at 619 4 Avenue North will be closed to the public as of Friday, September 29, 2023. The new Transit Customer Service Centre will operate out of the Lethbridge Park ‘n’ Ride, which is located at 705 5 Avenue South. Residents can also visit City Hall for Transit or LT Fare Card assistance.
Customers can call 311 as well, or email transit@lethbridge.ca with any questions. The City of Lethbridge said the change is being implemented to reflect improvements to the customer service access to existing facilities like the Park ‘n’ Ride and City Hall.
