Downtown Yoga – October 4, 2023

The City of Lethbridge is running Downtown Yoga every Wednesday starting October 4. The yoga takes place from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the Back in Balance Wellness Centre.

Rhymes and Riddles – October 4, 2023

Rhymes and Riddles, an event teaching children about rhyme, rhythm and playing with language, is happening on Wednesday morning from 9:30 until 11:00 a.m. The program is designed for infants and toddlers aged three-to-18 months. Registration from can be found here.

Honour Beat – October 5-14, 2023

New West Theatre kicks off the run of its second show of the season on Thursday with Honour Beat. The show is written by local Indigenous playwright, Tara Beagan, and is described as a “heart-wrenching tale of family, resilience and cultural identity.” Tickets can be purchased here.

Seafood Boil – October 5, 2023

Blowers and Grafton in Lethbridge is hosting a seafood boil on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. to celebrate the birthday of Alexander Keith. Guests are required to purchase a ticket and make a reservation. Information bout the boil can be found here.

Rocky Mountain High – October 6, 2023

A tribute to the late, great John Denver, Rocky Mountain High takes place at Yates Theatres on Friday. The show was created by Canadian artist and producer Rick Worrall and John’s long-time friend and arranger/conductor Lee Holdridge. Tickets can be found at the ENMAX Centre website.
