Power outage planned in south Lethbridge October 5, 2023

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The City of Lethbridge will be undertaking a planned power outage this week.

On Thursday, October 5, 2023, an outage will occur along 10 Avenue and 10A Avenue South between 17A Street and 18 Street South, as crews upgrade power lines.

Officials said the outage will start at 8:30 a.m. and is expected to be done by 2 p.m. Thursday. It is anticipated to affect about 10 buildings.

Residents are reminded that garage doors will not work during an outage and are advised to move their vehicles out of their garage prior to the shut-down.
