LETHBRIDGE, AB – Friday the 13th is generally accompanied by an aura of spookiness, but that does not mean a lack of events in Lethbridge this weekend.

The Comic Strippers – October 13, 2023

The award-winning improv comedians are back with a new show at the ENMAX Centre on Friday. A fictitious male stripper troupe performs a sketch comedy routine, which also includes music. The show begins at 7:30 p.m., and tickets can be found here.

Lethbridge Handmade Market – October 14, 2023

The Lethbridge Handmade Market Fall Tradeshow takes place at Trade Hall B of the Agri-Food Hub & Trade Centre. The event features over 120 vendors, live music by CKXU, and a costume contest. In addition, there will be a scavenger hunt and over $3,500 in door prizes. The market runs from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturday.

Lethbridge Farmers’ Market – October 14, 2023

The Lethbridge Farmers’ Market holds its final weekend on Saturday at Lethbridge & District Exhibition. Shop local vendors and stock up on produce, baked goods and other fun items. The Saturday market is from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., with free parking and admission.

SAAG new exhibit openings- October 14, 2023

Three new exhibits open at the Southern Alberta Art Gallery on Saturday. The exhibits are:

  • “What breaks on the horizon?” by Gabi Dao
  • “In honoured dust” by Megan Feniak
  • “Teach Me a Song” by Elisa Harkins

A celebration of the openings will be from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Vampire Circus – October 15, 2023

The Vampire Circus performs for the first time in Lethbridge on Sunday. The family-friendly cirque show features performances, music and acrobatics, and was inspired by travelling carnivals of the past. The show begins at 7:30 p.m. at the ENMAX Cente, and tickets can be found at the Vampire Circus website.

Lethbridge Corn Maze – September 1 – October 28, 2023

The Lethbridge Corn Maze is continuing to run until October 28. The attraction features four different mazes, along with food and a petting zoo. More information can be found here.
