LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) is hosting a fun event for little ghouls and goblins in the community this Halloween.

The LPS will be set up with vehicles decorated for the spooky season on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, starting at 5 p.m. at the boat launch parking lot at Nicholas Sheran Park. Officers will also be on-hand to give out candy to trick-or-treaters. The first-ever ‘Trunk or Treat’ event will also occur in the parking lot of the Logan Boulet Arena at the same time.

Patrol Team member Sgt. Dave Warner is spearheading the event. Warner said, “We’re looking forward to the parade of costumes and hope we see a few future officers in the mix.”

‘Trunk or Treat’ is intended for younger children, but all youth are welcome to attend.
