Lethbridge Police to host town hall meeting Nov. 7

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) is gearing up for its final town hall meeting of 2023.

Throughout the year, the LPS has committed to hosting four town hall events in different areas of the community – downtown, north, south, and west.

The police service will hold the final town hall meeting on Tuesday, November 7 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 pm. The meeting will take place at the St. Patrick’s Fine Arts Elementary School at 80 Rivergreen Road West.

LPS Chief Shahin Mehdizadeh said the town hall meetings have been very informative for both residents and the police.

“Having a specific time that we can listen and personally connect with our community members about what matters most to them provides a great opportunity to truly collaborate and make our communities safer,” said Mehdizadeh.
