LETHBRIDGE, AB – MyCityCare’s Shop of Wonders has returned for the 2023 holiday season.

Shop of Wonders is an initiative that helps families who are facing financial difficulties during the holiday season.

Jennifer Tribble, Executive Director of MyCityCare said, “We find a space in the community and we decorate it like a big toy shop, and then families get to come here, by appointment, and shop for free for their family for Christmas.”

The shop has gifts for children ages 17 and under. Potential donors are asked to consider bringing in gifts meant for teens, as it is consistently the hardest zone to stock.

All of the gifts at the shop are donated. Donation bins can be found throughout Lethbridge.

This year’s Shop of Wonders is located at the Bowman Arts Centre.
