LETHBRIDGE, AB – It’s a weekend full of events in Lethbridge, and Lethbridge News Now has the information.

Kodiaks home games – November 24, 2023

The Lethbridge College Kodiaks have a slate of home games this weekend. On Friday, the women’s and men’s volleyball teams take on Red Deer Polytechnic, and then do so again on Saturday afternoon. In basketball, the two teams face off against Medicine Hat College on Saturday evening.

Peak Elite Cheerleading Sneak Peak Showcase – November 24, 2023

The Peak Elite Cheerleading’s 2nd Annual Sneak Peak Showcase takes place at the ENMAX Centre on Friday evening. The show starts at 6:30, and is a major event leading up to the Canadian Cheer National Championships in April 2024.

Glow Lethbridge – November 23 – December 31, 2023

Lethbridge’s holiday light celebration is at the Lethbridge & District Exhibition Agri-food Hub and Trade Centre. Glow Lethbridge features lights in the form of landmarks like the London Bridge, Taj Mahal and Eiffel Tower, as well as a scavenger hunt, music and treats. More information can be found here.

Lethbridge Society of Glass Artisans Christmas Sale – November 24-26, 2023

Lethbridge Society of Glass Artisans is having a Christmas Sale November 24 to 26, at McNally Community Centre from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Stained glass and fused glass items will be on sale at the event.

Gin and Junipers – November 25, 2023

Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden is hosting a Gin and Junipers gin tasting event on Saturday. Each ticket includes three unique gin cocktails and access to the garden. Deluxe tickets include a charcuterie board as well. Tickets can be found at the Nikka Yuko website.

Holiday Artisan & Gift Expo – November 25, 2023

The Holiday Artisan and Gift Expo is running at the Lethbridge & District Exhibition Agri-food Hub and Trade Centre on Saturday. The vent runs from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m., and features local vendors, pictures with Santa, and over $3000 in door prizes.

ARTLab: Button Making – November 25, 2023

The University of Lethbridge Art Gallery is holding their yearly food bank fundraiser. Drop by from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. to make a pin-back button and donate to the University Campus Food Bank. Art supplies will be provided.

Mistletoe Market – November 25-26, 2023

The third annual Mistletoe Market comes to Lethbridge this weekend. It runs from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday at the Rocky Mountain Turf Club Event Centre. The market has over 60 vendors, along with door prizes and pictures with Santa. More info can be found here.

Boney M – November 26, 2023

Award winning reggae band Boney M is coming to the ENMAX Centre on Sunday. The band has sold more than 100 million records worldwide and is known for international hits including “Daddy Cool,” “Sunny,” “Rasputin,” and “Rivers of Babylon.” Tickets can be found here.
