Park ‘n’ Bark to be temporarily closed again for installation work

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Park ‘n’ Bark off-leash dog area is set for another temporary closure.

The City of Lethbridge said the northside site will be closed to the public starting Tuesday, November 28, 2023 to allow for the completion of a lighting project.

For this part of the project, crews will finish getting the poles installed and light fixtures attached.

The work is anticipated to be done by the end of the day Thursday, November 30, weather permitting.

Members of the community are asked to use the other dog parks in Lethbridge during this time, with the nearest being Peenaquim Park.
