LETHBRIDGE, AB – The City of Lethbridge has launched a survey to find non-profits interested in leasing the Bowman Building.

Officials said the Bowman Building at 811 5 Avenue South will have a total of about 12,000 square feet available for eligible non-profit organizations to lease.

The survey, which is available online, asks about potential leasing details like how much space the organization will need, their hours of operation, what the space will be used for and if the non-profit is interested in sharing space with other tenants.

The City of Lethbridge noted that by providing feedback, staff will be able to finalize the development of a Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI) that accurately reflects the diverse needs of non-profits.

The RFEOI is scheduled to be released by the end of January and will be used to select qualified non-profits to enter lease negotiations.

The survey will be open until December 22, 2023.
