City of Lethbridge mailing out property assessment notices

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Property owners in Lethbridge will soon receive their latest assessments.

The City of Lethbridge said property assessment notices had been sent out through the mail as of Wednesday, January 3, 2024. Those who have signed up for eNotices will receive their assessment notice by email.

Anyone who has not received their assessment notice by January 17 should phone 311 (or, if calling from outside of Lethbridge, 403-320-3111).

The notices can be viewed and reprinted by registering their property through MyCity at Lethbridge.ca/MyCity.

Questions about property assessments can be directed to the city through 311 or by sending an email to assessment@lethbridge.ca.
