LETHBRIDGE, AB – As the annual Care From the Heart Day Radio-a-thon nears, the Chinook Regional Hospital (CRH) Foundation has announced the appointment of its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Crystal Elliott joins the organization with almost 20 years of experience as an executive director in the non-profit sector and more than a decade dedicated to health care in a variety of roles.

The CRH Foundation said Elliott’s background “reflects a deep commitment to the improvement of health care service quality and efficiency”.

Officials said the new CEO is prepared to lead the organization to new heights, facilitate learning and ensure “the continued success of the Foundation in supporting Chinook Regional Hospital and Alberta Health Services in Lethbridge and southern Alberta”.

The CRH Foundation is gearing up for the 14th annual Care From the Heart Day Radio-a-thon, set for Thursday, February 8, 2024. The event helps to raise awareness and funds for the CRH Foundation, which in turn helps the organization address the greatest needs at Chinook Regional Hospital in Lethbridge.
