Lethbridge water conservation survey receives record number of responses
LETHBRIDGE, AB – The City of Lethbridge is reporting a record number of responses to its Water Conservation Plan survey.
The survey received nearly 4,000 responses, which is an all-time high for the Get Involved Lethbridge website, indicating a high level of community engagement on the subject.
Mark Svenson, manager of engineering and environment said, “It is encouraging that an overwhelming majority of respondents indicated they are already aware of potential water shortages, while offering several good conservation ideas.”
The feedback from the survey will help inform the city’s Water Conservation Plan (WCP).
