LETHBRIDGE, AB – Professional Bull Riders (PBR) Canada is returning to Lethbridge next month.

For the sixth consecutive season, PBR Canada is returning to the ENMAX Centre for the PBR South Country Co-op Showdown on March 1-2, 2024.

The Lethbridge event is just the second Cup Series competition of the year, with nine events in total. Riders will be competing for crucial points in the 2024 PBR Canada Championship, which carries with it a bonus prize of $100,000.

The 2023 event was won by Calgary native and 2022 Canada Champion Nick Tetz. He managed to go 3-for-3, earning 140 national points, bringing him to second in the national standings.

Dewinton’s Brock Radford participated in the 2023 event and placed second in last year’s 5v5, which is a team-based head-to-head competition.

Radford had high praise for the Lethbridge crowd.

He said, “It’s been one of the best events in Canada for a lot of years.”

Radford continued, “The Lethbridge crowd is always great and we’re getting to have a lot of young guys coming up here in Canada that are making some noise so it should be a good event.”
