The LPS says he was talking with several people inside when a physical altercation occurred. Police say the victim was beaten and tied up, which prevented him from leaving.

The victim suffered a knife wound to his face and was choked before being released roughly one hour later, according to police. The LPS says the suspects also stole personal items from the victim, including his bike, cell phone and bank card.

Police note the individuals involved know each other and the incident reportedly happened because of a dispute over stolen property.

Later in the day, the LPS says officers found a male suspect and arrested him without incident. During a search, police say they found the victim’s bank card. The next day, March 15, the LPS found the female suspect and arrested her without incident.
