Success at Nationals for Lethbridge cheerleaders

LETHBRIDGE, AB – A cheerleading club in Lethbridge is celebrating recent success.

Teams from Peak Elite Cheerleading competed at the Canadian Cheer Nationals in Niagara Falls, Ontario April 12-14, 2024.

The big highlight of the weekend was a national championship title win for one of Peak Elite’s teams, Yetis. Officials say, “Their flawless routine and electrifying performance captivated judges and spectators alike, earning them the coveted title of National Champions”.

In addition to the national title win, two other Peak Elite teams captured silver medals. The club says, “Their impressive routines showcased precision, athleticism, and teamwork, earning them well-deserved recognition on the national stage”.

One of the teams also competed in the invite-only Canadian Cheer Finals, allowing the athletes to further showcase their skills.

“We are incredibly proud of the outstanding performance of our teams at the Canadian Cheer Nationals,” says Samantha Paradee, Peak Elite’s owner.

“Their dedication, talent, and passion have shone brightly, and we are thrilled to see their hard work pay off with such impressive results.”
