LETHBRIDGE, AB – National Salvage has teamed with Wood’s Homes for a new charitable initiative.

The Lethbridge-based company is launching its ‘Skip the Scale for Charity’ project in May, which marks Mental Health Month.

For the entire month, residents will have the chance to, as Wood’s Homes puts it, “transform scrap metal into hope”.

“We’re trying to be more involved with the community,” says National Salvage’s Cody Dahl.

He explains the company will have a donation bin set up at its gates where people can drop off items like unused barbecues, household appliances, automotive parts and other metal materials.
